Council of BHANSA

The Council of BHANSA appoints the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the proposal of the Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, for a five-year mandate.

The scope of work of the Council of BHANSA includes, among other things, supervising the operations and performance of the Management, adoption of the Statute (with approval of the Council of Ministers), proposition of annual work and the financial plan, as well as the adoption of the Regulation on Internal Organization and Classification of Work Positions (with approval of the Council of Ministers).
