BHANSA Successfully Completes VOR Navigation Aid Replacement Project in Tuzla

BHANSA has successfully completed the project of replacing the VOR radio navigation aid in Tuzla, as part of the second phase of the modernization of ground-based radio navigation systems.

The need to implement this project was identified through a professional analysis of the operational and technical condition of ground-based radio navigation aids, conducted by an expert team established to assess the current situation and define the further development of infrastructure essential to the safety and continuity of air navigation services.

Through the implementation of this project, BHANSA has further enhanced the reliability and sustainability of its navigation infrastructure, reaffirming its commitment to maintaining a high level of air navigation safety, to system modernization, and to the efficient management of technically complex projects.

This project represents another important step in the planned development and modernization of the air navigation system in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
